ABOUT OUR CHURCH
We believe that church is a part of God's plan for all to find compassion, grace and healing. This is how you and your family can find peace and purpose that God intends for your life.
We invite you to explore our website and learn more about us! The Ark is a place of dynamic, heartfelt worship, Bible teaching, and a genuine love for people.
We are confident you will find a caring, friendly church as well as a message of hope for you and your family. We pray that God blesses your life and that we will see you soon at one of our services!
SUNDAY SCHOOL MINISTRIES
Our primary purpose is helping equip kids to know God & grow in God. Our Sunday school program focuses on reinforcing simple Biblical principles and presenting ideas in kid-friendly ways through puppets, song, activities, and Sunday school lessons that are easy to understand and remember. They also learn the Key Verse, a Bible verse that accompanies the lessons in class.
Our goal for Sunday school that defines a healthy, growing Sunday School, is to see the following results at The Ark of Belpre: To be obedient to the Great Commission (as given in Matthew 28), by laying a foundation for our children to grow into disciples who will fulfill the threefold mission of the church – evangelism, worship, and discipleship. By providing a full range of Christ-centered activities we can evangelize our city and reach the lost children and their families in our community.
Sunday at 1pm
Wednesdays at 6:30pm
John 4:23 says, “But the hour cometh and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him.” Here at The Ark we desire to worship with everything that we are.
Our mission is to help create an atmosphere of worship that prepares the hearts of the congregation for the preaching of the Word of God and enables the presence of God to move freely among the congregation.
